Robert Schalkenbach Foundation video promotes economic case for Land Value Tax

The Robert Schalkenbach Foundation has released a very competently made and well produced video putting forward the economic case for Land Value Tax called "On Solid Ground", and focusing on the situation of the USA. The main thrust of the video is how and why taxing economic rent is more efficient than taxes on work and profits.

The high quality production is rather let down by the use of terms such as "economic rent", "rent seeking" in their technical sense with minimual explanation of what this means. This will confuse viewers who are unfamiliar with technical economic jargon and detracts from the explanation. Luminaries Mason Gaffney and Nic Tideman have walk on parts.
